Just over a week ago I bought my first L lens and then sold it after 2 days of ownership. With the profit that I made, I invested them on another L lens yesterday. Another Canon 70-200mm f4, but this time with IS :D. Take it out today for some testing shot. Here are the results. For some reason, I felt the IS version is sharper than the non IS version.

1. Lovely Bokeh

2. Lovely Colours.

3. Shame me. It's not in focus, I think I left the focus range at 3m to infinity.

All C+C welcome. Thank you for looking.

I'm really liking #1. Crop is nice, focus is nice, composition is nice, the orientation is nice, the colours are nice. I really like it!

Also like #1. The composition looks really good! Color and warmth is really good as well. Plus what Compaq said.

#2 - Not a good composition for me. Too much space in between the main leaf and the branch. You also cut the other leaves and the top part of the main leaf.

#3 - Out of focus.

Congrats on the new lens! :D

Hey,thanks for all your kind words. I like the imperfection of the leaves in #1 and of course the bokeh is wow. Love this lens. As I said, this lens looks sharper than the non IS version.

I have the same lens for my 5D Mii and must say it does the job but in low light it doesnt do very well you have to boost up the ISO allot.
Number one is a good shot nice and clean... well done..!

Thank you Raincheck. This one is from this morning. Not sure why it look brighter in Lightroom.
