I went there for a week about 4 years ago. It was great, we ate at all three of Emeril Lagasse"s places. At the time however I wasn't really into photography but I know a ton of places to shoot when I go back. Asfar as the smell in the french quarter, I thought it was a combination of vomit and stale beer. When asked by one of the locals what I thought of the city,
my reply was "This place is a toilet and I love it".
