I've had mine for about a year now and it stays pretty much welded on either my K-70 or K3iii when I'm outdoors. I also have one of the older SMC DAL ED versions and it's been a solid performer for years.

I love my PLM 55-300! It stays with me. So much goodness in a compact, lightweight WR package.

It's not as sharp or as fast as the f4.0 60-250 SMCP lens, but at almost one-quarter of the price, it's a remarkably good performer.

Yep. You can pretty much leave it on your camera, and you have most shots covered.
