New Photographer Looking for a Camera

Thanks for all the advice everyone, it was definately helpful. I think I'm going to go with the Canon Rebel Ti though, and hopefully soon be sharing my photos with everyone

I have recently discovered the joys of the Pentax Spotmatic and the first few rolls come out very nicely.
2 Spotmatics w/ Takumar 50mm f1.4 lenses
2 fresh batteries

The Takumar 50mm f/1.4 is one of my favorite lens. Some of them are slightly radioactive!! The best thing about the Spotmatic (IMHO) is that they'll still run without those batteries! Yea!!!
