So much this... her nose has blended with her check and you have lost any depth at the bridge of her nose.

depends on what type of portrait this is... smoothening of skin is pretty dependent on what type of portrait...if it's commercial then over smoothening is expected (but preserve details)....if it's real people portrait...then smoothening should be kept to a minimum.
