First time actually posting here, but I have been lurking about for some quite some time. I did a series of three photos based on a project for school (University of Iowa). The topic was based around movement or motion. Comments and constructive criticism is much appreciated. Thanks in advance! and one shotty photo of the subject used:
Have you tried doing this and popping a flash? You'd get some freezing motion from the flash while keeping the blur. May give you some interesting effects. If you do this, check to see if your strobe has a "rear curtain" setting, where the exposure is made first, then the strobe fires. Gives the shot a more natural look.
