New Teleconverter

YAY. I bought an old Vivitar 3x teleconverter. Its a lotta fun changing a 55-200mm lens into a 165-600mm lens. I was able to borrow the 55-200mm lens from a friend as i currently dont have a tele zoom lens. The problem is it doesn't have an aperture ring so im forced to shoot at the tiniest aperture. In return i have to shoot at like 3200 iso and 250 shutter speed in bright daylight to get a sharp picture. So anyways i look to get an old tele lens with the aperture ring so i can have some more fun with this.

Sounds fun I'm thinking of picking up a 2x TC myself. Does the AF work with that TC / body combo?

..and most importantly where are the pics?!?!? It doesn't exist if there are no pics

haha. No AF, no metering, no nothing, well except for the 3x zoom.
