new to macro, busy bee snap

I put the Tokina M35 which has become my main walk-around lens through its macro paces probably for the first time with any consistency (casual snaps of my cat's eye or other random stuff in the house don't really count). I really like this lens. I'm really new at this, I liked how this one came out, but I clearly have a lot to learn in this field.

Incidentally, it was very good to see more bees out there this year, they seem to be slowly making a come-back.

A good first attempt with the sharpness on the eye.
One thing you could improve is to tone down the highlights, its a bit too bright for me.
