New to photography some C&C please

Hey guys, I'm new to photography and was looking for some criticism, whether good or bad, on my shots that I've done so far. Some are with a D300 and some are on my D200. Here are some shots and also a link to more of them.

Anyone know why they look kind of grainy after going through photobucket?? These look very grainy to me unless it's my computer?

im new to photography but photobucket tends to de-pixelize? some of your higher grade pics so other monitors can view them

I like #4. It's a bit unusual to see a jet aircraft image in B/W and that makes it interesting.
