New to the forum

Hey all, I am new and my name is Chris. I recently purchased a 20D. I thought it would be a decent starter camera. I dont want to be a professional but I do want to take some nice photos and learn my way around the camera and PS. (mostly the camera)

first question on the site, the camera comes with the normal XX-XXmm lens, is there 1 lens that people can get away with using most of the time? and if so, what is it?

Check into the 28-105 or 28-135 lenses.
