I am curious what you were attempting to accomplish with these shots? The first displays a common time laps at night effect were tail light trails are shown, If you had used "rear curtain" flash when the car had passed you would register tail light trails after the rear of the car.

I just got bored and shot some photos of my car...I didn't had any real purpose for doing it...

I did shoot some of the night shots with rear curtain flash and normal flash, but I didn't like how it looked on the my car, plus the car that drove by in the background wasn't the subject anyway...
