New 'Top 20' formula for Fight Club (With new rankings)

For those who want to know, there's a new formula for the top 20.

As before, the per week score is still:
W=(V/T)*(1-(1/P))
Where:
W= The 'per-week score'
V= The total number of votes the player received in that week
T= The total number of people voting
P= The total number of players

The change occurs at the all-time level. (Change is in bold)
S=(Sw/C)*100*(0.25*((-1/(0.25*(C+1)))+4))
Where:
S= The 'all-time' score
Sw= The sum of all of a player's 'per-week' scores
C= The total number of weeks they have played

Essentially, this takes the scores we had with the old formula, and:
If the player has played 1 contest, multiplies it by .5
If they played 5, it multiplies by .833
For 10, .91
For 20, .95
For infinity, 1

This means that the more you play, the more of your score counts towards the leaderboard. After about 10 rounds, it makes little difference, so all the long timers are on relatively equal ground.
