Welcome. Not much to say, they look like spontaneous pics taken in an office with props! Exposures are ok but there's not much more there than snaps. You're a self expressed new photographer and for that I'd say good job, I've seen way worse, that's for sure! There's a lot to learn and it takes practice. Keep at it. You already saw the light was lacking, mentioned reflector so you are starting to see. Keep looking. Keep shooting.

Someone told me a long time ago, don't look for the light, see the shadows

The one comment I'll make to add to Trever's points is that you should pay more attention to your crops; avoid cutting off "bits", that is, parts of hands, arms, legs, heads, etc.
