Newbie specific questions

I have a Kodak P880 and am fairly new to digital photography. I've snapped a couple of neat shots by luck. Pretty much the only shots I can seem to shoot okay are of flowers.

However, I got a Telephoto zoom lens and also a wide angle lens for my bday. My camera is 52mm and the telephoto is 2x 52mm (I believe). I am just wondering what sort of shots I should use these for.

Practice pointers just so I can get started with these new lenses would be awesome?

Welcome to the forum.

You would use the telephoto adapter for when your subject is far away and you would use the wide angle when you want to capture a wider view than your lens would otherwise allow.

Experiment with them, try out different things. Try using the wide angle and getting up close to your subject.
