I don't think I have posted anything since signing up ages ago. So, I thought I'd share some photos from my most recent newborn session. I look forward to viewing everyone else's work and posting more often!


He was such a sweet little guy and an excellent sleeper

His dad and mom are both firefighers so we had to try this shot

I like them all, especially the one in the fire helmet. Do you do older children also, I'd like to see how you shoot them.

Eeek! Thank you for pointing that out. I fixed that before posting to the parents gallery on my website, but totally forgot to go back and swap out the fixed version for the old one on Flickr. Thanks for the reminder. I will have to do that!

Great pics! I am new to photography. I know I'm one of those people that buy a 3100 and wants to be pro.... But I'm getting there anyway. I love the helmet one as well but would have maybe positioned baby more inside helmet so her/his hands are resting on ledge. I tried to put the baby further into the helmet, but he was too big and I didnt want to put him in there without a small blanket for protection. What's with the big babies being born lately?? hehe
