High school football ended with a loss on Friday night. Now what? Well, for me it's indoors for the obvious basketball but also for competitive cheer. Watching these kids (because there are guys on some teams) flip and do stunts it is physically demanding.

1) It may not be a tack sharp photo and is underexposed but I got the timing and I really like the perspective.



2) Low lights, fast pace and 20+ girls makes this a challenge to find a clean background.



3) Even when they are still waiting to start. lol



These are a few of the tight shots for individuals. I also tried to capture small groups and as much of the entire team as I can.

For those that don't know, they do a routine that is about 2 minutes and 45 seconds long and they are in constant motion with over 20 girls for this group. Smaller teams are a little easier.
