Night games

Hello everyone.....i've been shooting action photography for several years now and have stayed away from shooting night games......however i've been asked to shoot for a semi professional football team.....all night games.....so i'm asking for help......i use nikon d300 and d2x.....i have the 80-200mm 2.8.....my 300s and 500s are smaller aperature lenses....what should i try to avoid blur and noise.......

I would use shutter priority and jack the ISO up until the exposure looks correct.
