I love the background...well, the subject too but the lights reflecting in the water are really interesting to me.

The lights on the bridge are somewhat competitive to her in my opinion. My eyes fight for dominance over the two subjects, which I don't know if it works in this case. Personally I'm not a fan of the competition. The flash gives her a hard shadow under her chin, which also bothers me.

Looks okay. The flash illumination is what it is. It's a location snapshot. She looks nice in it. The exposure looks about right. What I find delicious about it though is the bokeh in the lower right hand corner--the reflections from the lights on the water--very cool those!
