i like it alot. dont like the blurry look beetween all the buildings but it is a nice shot.

indeed, i don't like the blurry effect as well.. don't know why this happened. maybe because i don't have a remote release and the camera could've moved a little bit when i took the picture?
 
I like the 2nd one because it's a lot crisper. I kinda like seeing the halos of the buildings shoot into the dark sky, but at the same time, that is a lot of sky in your pic. Not sure if I'd crop it or leave it.
 
I love the picture.
Night shots are the hardest for me to pull off with my point-and-shoot.
I would love some tips on taking decent pictures, pictures worth posting.
 
I love the colors in these.

If you don't have a remote, you can always use the self-timer on the camera. It takes a bit longer, but at least you aren't touching any part of the camera when the shutter finally releases. It has worked for me in the past.
