Night Time Neon Shot C&C

I tried to improve this via lightroom. The picture was taken some months ago, before I knew anything about proper exposure (even less than I do know). I adjusted the white balance and tones, and attempted to remove some noise since it was very grainy. I also applied a crop to square the lines and place it in a better ROT position. What else could I do?

It's a reasonably well-executed night shot with no real compositional value or impact to the viewer, IMO.

Step back a bit (or zoom out, whatever) Shift the view a bit to the right. Lose the streetlamp. Recompose. Season to taste.
