Nikon D40 australian charger

hi. i'm from Montréal Canada and going on a trip to australia.
i was wondering where i could get the australian charger for my nikon D40.
do i just need a different cable? can i use the charger i have with a standard US-AU oulet adapter? is there a good shop in Brisbane that has it in stock?

Unless the D40 is different than other Nikons, the charger will accept a 115-240 volt input (Pls read the back to confirm this, DON'T take my word for it). All you will need is an inexpensive adapator to allow the the plug of your charger to connect with the Aus. outlet. These are available almost anywhere from Wal-Mart to the stores in any major airport.

I was just recently in Brisbane, I just bought a little adapter from one of the souvenir shops and I was good to go.
