Nikon DX Lens Question

I may upgrade to the d5100 from mr d50 and am wondering if my d50s Nikon DX AF-S will work with the d5100.I think I'm going to work on my skills with the d50 a bit more to see where I can push it.Thanks, gang!

Yes it will. You can check that out at the Nikon website, they have pdf's of the camera manuals.

PJK, this (similar questions was asked last week and a week before that and a week before that, search the forum for those as many members wrote out their feedback). With that in mind, a short answer is YES.
Nikon's lenses (old and new) will work on your body. The only exception is that if the lens doesn't have built-in af motor, it won't auto focus on d5100 while the lens w/ built-in af motor will auto focus. If you upgrade to d90, d7000, those bodies have af motor in them thus would allow you to focus. Search the forum.
