Does anyone know if the Nikon F5 is TTL compatible with newer flashes like the SB700/800?

I wish I could help you, but I don't shoot Nikons (not unless my brother-in-law can remember to find that kit he said he'd give me!) and I almost never use flash :er: I bet Derrel will know.

They're compatible but no iTTL.

On the other hand the SB-28 is an awesome piece of work too. Bells and whistles are the difference. I have an SB-28 and am just scratching the surface on it's capabilities with my F5.
