Nikon or Canon DSLR?

Do you prefer a Nikon or Canon DSLR and why? We have a Nikon but I know nothing about Canon.

No really, what is it you really want to know?

This question is like asking which is a better TV....they both have their merrits.

Some prefer Canon, some prefer Nikon.

Ford v Chevy, Toyota v Honda, etc.

You cannot go wrong with either. Before I made my decision on my 60D I spent hours researching both brands plus Pentax online. I read hundreds of reviews and went into the camera store and handled them all several times and played with each camera in my budget. I chose Canon because I liked how it felt and the placement of all the dials/buttons. Plus I have friends with canon gear and lenses who I can learn from and try their lenses.
