The Z7 body can still be purchased on Nikon's website.

Hasn't it been replaced by the Z7II?

Nikon's habit is usually to close the tap at the Sendai factory and then let the supply pipe drain till empty.

They produce it in batches. Once batch order is completed they retool the assembly line for the next SKU on order.

What most are keeping a eyeball is when Nikon & Canon will officially end their EF & F mount body, lens and accessory production.

So far they've ceased R&D spend.

As for the the 1st Z7 it is natural that it ends production as the Z7 II's out for the last 2 years.
