There are a lot of technical issues here, of course, but whatever. This is clearly a picture that means a great deal to someone. It's a mother, a baby, and a moment in time that probably mean something to people otherwise connected with the mom, the baby, the kids in the scene.

Why should *I* care, though? There's nothing in this that makes me interested, and the dark graininess and the softness do not help there, they get in the way of me finding any connection to it. You have gotten a sense of motion, and a little sense of mystery, of time passing, something like that, but there's nothing in it for me, as far as I can see, for anyone outside the group this picture resonates with.

It looks like the lens is focused some place between the woman and the fence.

The IQ is indeed dreadful. The motion blur on the main subject does not allow any creative interpretation, it is obviously just a bad shot. The angle, the blur, the Christmas tree growing out of her head - you will not fool anyone.



So the only option here is to go completely "artsy" and pretend that a lot of empty space in the middle has a lot of spiritual meaning:





All I wanted to say here is "no photoshop in the picture" is not always a valid point.
