Whilst trying to track down the Lorikeets a Noisy Miner decided to pay a visit. These natives are often mistaken for the introduced and noxious Indian Mynah's.

G'day mate

Know these noisy-fellas quite well and enjoy their antics as they dance in the trees seeking food
Also know "far too well" the feral Indian Miner bird that is becoming a bigger problem across Oz via their aggressive antics pushing local birds out of their nesting hollows and then taking over the nest etc etc

I was following advice received adjusted a few settings and was getting a few more shots of the Lorikeets (that I have posted) when these guys turned up, there was 2 adults feeding a youngster that was right in the thick stuff so couldn't get a shot. As for the introduced species, Starlings, Sparrows, Blackbirds and bloody Mynahs the populations have exploded.
