Noisy Photos - Yes or No?

Do you think it works, I'm kinda sitting on the fence here, I almost like the noisyness of the photo, It of course looks CRAP in the original colour version but as soon and i flick it into B+W I think it looks alright?
Your opinions?

I am sorry to say they look more oof than noisy.


Can you post the exif?
 
I was ready to do away with the lot. but playing around and editing them i realised some may be worth keeping,
Yeah but a fsater shutter speed was only making them real dark...

It appears you are already wide open (aperture), you either need a flash (not the best with horses?), a faster lens (2.8?) or try bumping your ISO up.
