Noob. CC Please.

Hi everyone, I'm a total noob to photography and the forum so go easy!

I recently eBayed a used Nikon D50 as my first DSLR and it arrived today so naturally i went outside to take a few snaps and then did a little PP.

What does everyone think? :thumbup: / :thumbdown: ?

I like 1. It's nice.

Kinda noisy? Look up Noise Ninja, or shoot at a lower ISO with a tripod if you can.

Deoesn't really kill the shot though, so don't worry too much.

There shouldn't be any noise as i was running at ISO 200 for all of 'em. However, the car is rather dirty so that could be what you're seeing!

I don't see noise, just dirt on 2 and 3. I like 1 best. Great shot. Happy shooting!

I like the idea behind #2, but the chrome is dirty.

Nice going on #1 & 2.

Your light source has blown out the details on #3. Try increasing distance of light to subject and/or diffusing it somehow.

I don't see noise either.
