I am one of those people who gets sick of seeing photographs of people's dinner posted on Facebook. Tonight's meal looked so good, though, that I just had to be that annoying person. Oh, and I'm sure that I'm not biased at all, seeing that I was also the chef tonight.
Very close! Yellow summer squash. It would have had zucchini too, but there weren't any in the garden that were a respectable size at the moment. Caramelized all together with onions and fresh sage in provincial olive oil and deglazed with white wine.
