Here is some good advice. Only show your best work. If you think it looks like crap keep trying.

pfft...its not like this is your portfolio, post up whatever you like. thats what a forum is for, to discuss and help each other improve.

these are good for your first shots, I like the worn out nickel, the sidelighting helps bring out some of the nicks and things, it may have been worth it to do some focus stacking with the nickel to bring the whole face of the coin in focus, maybe not so tight of a crop on the left side either, give the building some space like you did on the right side, and it might just be a tiny bit tilted too....

the lighting on the eye isn't too great IMO, but keep shooting.
