Yeah i have no issues with the sun size and I really dont see much of a difference between the original sun and the edited sun. I know about the bend of the horizon and the light rays having to travel through it. I posted to original to show that I didnt change the sun. Im not very good at editing and im learning which is why i am asking for help here. I appreciate all of the help that you guys are giving me

Looking at the original and edited version pointed out why the sun irked me. I feel like the outline of the sun in the edited version is too harsh. In the original, the light is nice and smooth. The original has a nice gradient from color to color.

Just out of curiosity, have you tried it in B+W? The colors are the problem, and BW would cure that... I would try Silver Effects Pro 2 on this one (it shoul dbring out the detail in the trees and the sky)...

I will have to look into silver effects pro 2. I only have CS6 extended.
