A bit tightly cropped ... nothing against going close and maybe cropping into the front, but the hairline part there, part not there, is a little irritating (to me). She looks quite focused on her task, whatever that was... I keep waiting for her to look up at maybe a customer, or at some noise in the street, just so we'd see her eyes. She need not look towards the camera, necessarily.
