Oh joy!

There are a number of different black puddings (each region has it's own and it's basically a Northern delicacy) but the British (like other European countries) make a lot of other kinds of sausage too.
I think I will cook some for you when you are here.

Black Pudding is great. No full English breakfast is complete without it. :thumbup:
 
It really gives flavour to the mushrooms and fried bread.
Trouble is, it's harder to get the further South you go - and you need a good Butchers who makes their own.

My No 2 son is rather partial to pork & Stilton sausages.
Pork and leek are good too.
I kinda like Merguez - but only if they are the proper French ones.
