Hi there everybody,
Suppose I've done this a little back to front. I joined because I had a question about a mirror I had acquired and wasn't getting results anywhere near my expectations.
Been interested in this as a hobby for a while. Started out with a Canon AE1 & EOS300. Then came the digitals. I liked the film era because you were forced to TAKE a good picture and "post processing" wasn't even a phrase.
I enjoy the freedom digital gives and the ability to retake the picture & reviewing it right there, without the time and cost of film development.
I still believe you should take a good pic and limit the computer to reviewing your work on a larger panel. That being said I have succumbed, and edited some of my photo's to make them more vibrant.
