You say you live in the Emirates ... where about? Oman?

Nice candid photo of the old man in the street. His white shirt and cap tricked your camera into exposing less for his face, which therefore came out a bit dark. Just some minor tweaks with a post processing software that CAN do tweak on selected areas would bring out even more detail in his face.

Good focus and nicely blurred out background. I like that!
