Sorry, but the first one is underexposed, the second is blurry and the third looks like the subject is the cup instead of the man to me.

He looks like the kind of guy who'd get pissed off when you photograph him.
I love the shots, you capture the mood of the place as well as the guy's personality very well...coincidentally the two kind of go hand in hand: old and scummy.
Myself a few months ago fell in love with this old guy outside of the NGA and snapped him for a few minutes. Didn't like any of the pics though :/
