Older Canon macro lenses - any good ones?

Well as the title says just wondering if there are any canon DSLR compatable lenses from the past that are worth looking into. I know that there are some gem lenses in the older lineups - and the lack of AF for a lens in macro is not a problem for use at all.
So anyone know any decent ones?

The only one I know of is the 100mm non-USM macro, but that may not be as old as you are looking for. You may end up going to an FD mount for a really old one.
