On Vacation and got a few shots the first few days...

This is a nice set of vacation pictures. Some of them however don't have enough depth of field (DOF). Near things are in focus while the background goes fuzzy. You have to stop down to get a smaller aperture to increase the DOF. I see some camera movement in some of them. You have to increase your shutter speed. I recommend a tripod. The picture with the two girls is crooked, gets me dizzy. Tilted photos usually are not creative unless you have a special reason to do that. Better to keep pictures level. I like the berry shot the most. It's well balanced and has a nice composition. Good luck and keep shooting. Alan.

And I do have a tripod which I didn't have with me as the trip was spur of the moment (to the falls)

Just letting you all know, the album linked in the OP is being constantly updated. I would love additional input on the newer shots.

That being said...its off to explore a forest
