I have had a craving for apple pie too.

I like the concept, the arrangement, the colours - but not the lighting. Direct flash (which I guess was used here) produces such big, shiny dots on the fruit. Light from one side, or from two, or some softened light would be worth a try (unless you have eaten the apples by now, in that case ... alas! No new photos )

The kids have eaten the apples...but I like your ideas on the lighting, it is worth a try when I get more fruit tonight! Thanks for the comments!
