One of my proudest shots, thoughts?

I'm fairly proud of this shot, so far I think it's one of my best portraits to date, what do you all think?

I like the idea, also the skin tones. I'd lose half the bricks and get the rest of the hair. Great and I mean great start.

I agree with the others, pan right a fraction, reduce the amount of bricks by about 3/4 of 1 and you'll have a cracker for your portfolio.
