One reason I like full frame

The first is the original shot of Maryland State Police Trooper 2 coming in for an EMS transport. D750 with AF 28-85 f/3.5-4.5, at 85mm, very slight crop from straightening. The second is a crop of a little less than 1/4 (24.6%) of the original. Not great IQ, but is isn't the best glass.

Pretty good image quality from all of the 24-megapixel Nikon full-frame cameras; it's a good image capture size and a good pixel density, not too stressful on lens optics, and overall just creates nice images.

I cropped on just the helicopter and it got pixellated like crazy. Distance is about 1/2 mile, maybe a little less.
