Took this right down the road from my house. I got an interesting effect when I changed up the white balance!

I quite like the sky!

I'd be better if you could have somehow lit up the front of the right hand building. And some of the lights on the left hand side are awfully bright.

Other than those things I like this.

Thats exactly what I was thinking!!! The lights on the left side building seem very bright and the building on the right are a bit dim. Is there anything I could use in post processing to change this up?

Mm, I'm not a processing master so this may not be the best advice, but if it was me and I couldnt do anything to fix it in a reshoot, I'd either select the shadowy part and amp up the fill light slider (I have ps elements 8, yours may be different but I bet you can increase fill somehow), or I'd try to dodge that area.

I need to get PS Elements lol..it will probably be the best 60 dollars I could spend!

I probably should have gotten one of the CS versions (are they on #5 now?), but even with my student discount I couldnt justify spending that much for a processing program. I'm not a "professional". :greenpbl: And I've been very happy with elements. So I recommend it.

I'm sure that it will take me a long time to get full usage out of PS Elements so I agree, I don't think it is worth it for me to even think about getting the CS version....biiiiig money!

I really like this pic. I don't mind the differences in lighting between the buildings. All I focus on is the sky and the reflection in the water.
