I don't shoot too many critters these days as I mostly chase around birds. Saw this beast and busted out the macro lens (tamron 90mm f2.8) and decided not to get too close so I threw on a 1.4 TC. Nikon D300 with Sigma 500 Super flash (unfortunately couldn't find my diffuser). To make it even scarier I shot this at night. Even busted out the tripod
