Orenac Sem, Need Help

So I found this camera today-mind that I have very limited experience in film photography-but I thought alongside my Ricoh XR6, this would be a nice camera to fool around with. However, it is very old, although I heard from the man who gave it to me that it still works, and I don't know how to operate it. Also there are no online aids because it is not a well known company. It seems to catch a fair price from collectors but I enjoy photography more than money so I'm not inclined to just sell it.
Does anyone have any experience with this camera or could offer any sort of advice.
Also, how would I go about cleaning it?

Okay, thank you.
So I took it to a local shop and they knew very little about it. There seems to be a problem with the film knob, to progress the reel. Sometimes it won't budge, it can move backward but not forward after taking a picture.
Any ideas?
