Outside lamp

I saw this lamp when we got our first snow of the season and I have been wanting to capture it since. Last night was my first attempt here is what I think, my best shot is


EDIT: I dont know whats going on, but the trees in the back ground keep coming out very dark. Ayway, heres the photo

ooh nice capture!! i think the tree should be dark so the main focus is on the lamp. i like the light rays comin from it. however the little light comin from maybe behind the trees is a little distracting

Eh, for some reason it still looks like crap to me. It looks like the quality isnt there.

Well it would probably look good if you cloned out the tree and the light in the background to black.
