Thanks everyone. This buidling is located in one of my favorite places out in the middle of nowhere. Previously it was hidden by a huge tamarisk tree, which had been removed to begin restoration on the building.

I took a look at it in B&W, but I can't seem to get what I want out of it (as with many of my attempts at B&W). I like the warmness of the color.

Not only foundation problems, but it looks like they'll have to replace the tungsten light bulb with a flourescent one.
