Probably my weakest point is sunset shots, I almost always over expose around the sun.

I agree that the power lines add noise to the shot and detract from the sunset. Either way, it's still a nice sunset.

Sorry but I don't think you know exactly what noise is, unless you are talking about some noise I'm not aware of. As for the picture It's great, you could try getting rid of the sun flare which is easy to do with the patch tool. Also next time you try this, try to show some more of the land to about up to the bottom 1/3rd. Read about the rule of thirds. It improved many of my shots.
