P&S with Hot Shoe Recommendation?

My trusty old Canon G9 died recently and I need a replacement.

Criteria:
Has a hot shoe.
Can shoot RAW.
Can shoot in full manual.

I'm only using it for proofs. Still shooting film.

Any budget limits? Also are you looking just for an all in one camera or would you consider the micro 4/3rds interchangable lens cameras?

No budget limit. I would consider micro 4/3 but I don't have a need for interchangeable lenses.
