Here is a shot taken with my Canon A-1 that I scanned and converted to B&W. Tell me what you think.

The exposure is good. It's sharp. The composition is decent. The DoF is fine.

But what is the point?

But what is the point?

As rude as that sounds, it's relevant. And I found myself asking the same question about my own works (I'm saying that as if I'm an artist already, but I mean my photographs in general). And there's just no answer so far. It seems to be an inner quality, too complex to be put into words. How do you describe your feelings other than the way you feel it?
